Welcome to the Dilham Village Hall website, which we hope you will all find useful to advise on up-and-coming events, contact details, and clubs and organizations that meet in the Village Hall. As a committee, we are the trustees of the Village Hall and playing field and are responsible for ensuring the Village Hall is run within the Charity Commission regulations and constitution. Alongside this, we must ensure we are financially solvent and have enough to pay for the upkeep and running of the village hall, including the grass-cutting of the playing field. We try to pay for the running of the Village Hall from lettings to our users, while fundraising events are used to fund improvements and upkeep. Over the last two years with increasing prices, this has proved very challenging, and we have reluctantly had to increase our hire charges to cover the extra costs.
